What is Penis Extension?
In the normal anatomical structure of the penis, approximately one third of the penis is inside the body. Penis extension surgeries are based on removing this part that remains inside. In this way, the integrity of the penis is preserved.
How is Penis Extension Performed?
80 percent of the suspensory ligament of the penis is cut, the existing surrounding tissue is advanced to the base and the penis is exposed. Elongation is achieved by exposing the invisible part of the penis. An average of 2-3 cm elongation is achieved in the penis. This elongation occurs both in the flaccid state of the penis and in the erection state. There is no loss of erection or sensation in the penis. There is no repetition of the penis enlargement surgery, which is a permanent operation.
There are many factors that ensure the erectness of the penis. The suspensory ligament only ensures that the penis is at the average and level of the pelvis. In penis extension surgery, when enough hanging ligament cuts are made, the penis relaxes and lengthens, but there is no problem related to falling.
